Vegan Mince!

Ok so at the moment I am a flexitarian, for health reasons but I still try to eat limited meat and meat products as possible, like I don't eat things containing Gelatin and eggs anymore.

Anyway as a substitute for mince use an equal amount of lentils and kidney beans roughly mashed to create a mince like texture! Its actually really cool. I sometimes add chickpeas and stuff as well but the lentils and kidney beans are a great foundation. This "mince" goes really well in chili beef, meatballs etc. it works really well:)
